Well it's been a year, but now iPad2 is finally here. With two cameras and Facetime [video calls], groovy smart covers, thinner, faster processor, better battery, same prices as iPad1. Looks good.
Australia launch - 25 March. See you bright and early at the AppleStore. You bring the coffee, OK?
Also announced recently - iOS4.3 which will include
- Home sharing, whereby you can stream music/movies/podcasts, from your computer to your iOS device [iPod, iPhone, iPad] over WiFi
- customizable side switch - can be configured to stop screen rotation or mute sounds
- on iPhone4 you can create a personal hotspot to share your 3g connection with your WiFi devices [wonder if the telcos will hobble that?]
